The contest comes to Bulgaria
A first trophy in Vienna.
A first contest on the Black Sea.
DARA won the 70th contest with Bangaranga, by 173 points — the largest margin in the history of the final. Seven months later, the contest lands in Burgas for the first time.
Arena Burgas opened in 2023, on the northern edge of the city, and holds 15,000 for a concert. The contest needs around 12,000 of them. What is left is the public allocation: nine sessions, three of them live, and a city of 200,000 that has spent a century practising for a summer like this one.

Who are we?
The contest's ticket office. Since Vienna 2015 we have run the public allocation for every edition — eleven contests, one cancelled year, and the same team on the phones.
When are tickets delivered?
E-tickets arrive by email 10 to 20 days before each session, with the block and, for seated categories, the seat. Nothing to collect in Burgas.
What if the contest changes?
If a session is moved or cancelled, you are offered the replacement session or a full refund, fees included, within fourteen days of the announcement.
Can I choose a seat?
You choose a category and a block. In seated blocks, seats are assigned in order of purchase, best available first; standing blocks give entry, and you stand where you like inside them.
