Note legali

Terms of sale

These terms apply to every ticket, pass and package sold on this site. They are written in plain English; the French version prevails if the two differ.

Questi testi sono pubblicati in inglese.

1. Who sells

Eurovision 2027 is an independent ticket service. It buys or reserves places for the 71st Eurovision Song Contest and resells them. It is not the organiser, the host broadcaster, the European Broadcasting Union, or the official box office, and it does not act on their behalf.

Contact: hello@eurovision2027.example. Postal address on the legal notice page.

2. What you buy

A ticket gives you one place in the category and block shown on the order. Inside a block, seats are assigned in order of purchase, best available first. A block is a commercial area, not a numbered seat.

A pass covers the shows listed on its page, in one seat category. A package covers the ticket and the nights listed on its page. Options bought separately follow the description on the options page.

3. Price

Prices are in euros, per place, booking fee and VAT included. The price shown at the moment of order is the price charged. The amount is recalculated on our server from the catalogue before the payment page opens, so a modified basket in the browser cannot change what is charged.

Prices on this site are Eurovision 2027 prices. They are not prices published by the contest organiser, and they may differ from the official face value when the official sale opens.

4. Delivery

E-tickets are sent by email 10 to 20 days before the show. The delivery window is written on your order confirmation. If we cannot meet it, we tell you before the show, by email, with a new date.

The ticket is a PDF with a QR code, one per place. It is nominative only if you ask for names to be added.

5. Payment

Payment is by card, with 3-D Secure, through our payment partner. The charge appears on your statement under the partner's descriptor, repeated in your confirmation email.

The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed, not when the payment page opens. A place is held for the duration of the payment session; if the session expires, the place returns to sale and nothing is charged.

6. Cancellation and transfer

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase, as long as the ticket has not been issued. After issue, the ticket can be transferred to another person until 7 days before the show, at no cost, by writing to us with the new holder's name and email.

If a show is cancelled, the ticket is refunded in full, fees included. If a show is moved, the ticket follows the new date; if you cannot travel on the new date, you are refunded in full.

The refund policy is set out separately and forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Our obligation is to provide the place, in the category and for the show ordered, by the delivery date. If we fail, the remedy is the refund described in the refund policy.

We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur, unless the package you bought includes them.

8. Law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumer mediation is available before any court action; details on the legal notice page.
