Refund policy
One principle: if the place is not delivered, the money comes back. In cash, to the same card, within 14 days.
1. We cannot provide the place
If we cannot deliver the place in the category ordered, you are refunded in full — ticket, booking fee and options — within 14 days of the notification, to the card used for payment.
You may instead accept another category; if it is cheaper, the difference is refunded; if it is more expensive, you pay the difference only if you agree in writing first.
2. The show is cancelled
Full refund of the ticket and the booking fee, within 14 days of the official announcement. If you bought a package, the accommodation is refunded according to the hotel's own conditions, which are stated on the package page.
3. The show is moved
The ticket follows the new date at no cost. If you cannot travel on the new date, you are refunded in full, on request, within 30 days of the announcement.
4. You change your mind
Within 14 days of purchase, and before the ticket is issued, you may cancel for any reason and be refunded in full. After the ticket is issued, the place can be transferred but not refunded.
5. How to ask
Write to hello@eurovision2027.example with the order reference. You receive an acknowledgement the same working day and a decision within five working days. The refund is issued within 14 days of the decision.
