Privacy
We collect what is needed to sell a ticket, send it, and answer you. Nothing else.
What we collect
At checkout: first name, last name, email, country. At payment: the card data is entered on our payment partner's page and never reaches our servers — we receive a payment identifier and the last four digits.
On the site: a basket stored in this browser, a language preference when one is chosen, and, if you accept them, audience measurement cookies. On a first visit with no preference and no country header from the host, the visitor's IP address is sent to geojs.io to choose French, Italian or English, then discarded. It is not stored with the order.
Why
To issue and deliver the ticket, to handle the order and any refund, to answer your messages, and to meet accounting obligations. Audience measurement is optional and never blocks a purchase.
How long
Order data: ten years, as required for accounting. Support messages: three years after the last exchange. Measurement data: thirteen months.
Who sees it
Our payment partner, our email provider, our hosting provider, and the person who processes support. On the first visit, geojs.io may see the IP address long enough to return a country. Each is bound by a processing agreement. We do not sell data.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection. Write to hello@eurovision2027.example; we answer within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
